Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items may be exchanged for another available size of the same item. All exchanges are subject to availability.

Because many Nip2Lip releases are limited drops, we cannot guarantee that another size or color will still be available.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.

Items that have been worn, washed, stained, damaged, altered, or have noticeable odors will not be accepted.

Customers can submit a return or exchange request through the website.

The customer will provide:
- Order number
- Item being returned or exchanged
- Reason for the request

Once the request is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed after the returned merchandise is received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns and size exchanges.

If Nip2Lip shipped the wrong item or the merchandise arrived damaged or defective, Nip2Lip will cover the return/replacement shipping costs.

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items specifically marked Final Sale
- Customized or personalized merchandise
- Gift cards
- Merchandise that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Certain limited drops may also be designated Final Sale. This must be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.

Approved refunds will be issued to the customer’s original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Nip2Lip or an eligible damaged/defective item.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact Nip2Lip with their order number and photos of the issue.

Once verified, Nip2Lip will arrange the replacement or appropriate refund at no additional shipping cost to the customer.
